Food trucks and coffee carts

Online ordering for your food truck, without the fees.

A line at the window is good until people give up and leave. Put a QR menu on the side of the truck: customers order and pay on their phone while they wait, and you call out a three-letter code when it’s ready.

What you get

  • A QR menu with photos

Every item with its photo and price. Customers scan from the line or share the link before they arrive.

  • A pickup code on every order

Each order gets a short code like K7M. Call it out, check the screen, hand it over.

  • Paid before you cook

Apple Pay and cards are paid at checkout, so no one walks off with an unpaid order. Venmo, Cash App and cash work too.

  • Sold out means sold out

Set how many you can make. When the brisket runs out, it shows sold out instead of taking an order you can’t fill.

  • Tell people where you’ll be

Post the link on Instagram with today’s spot, and regulars can order ahead for pickup.

  • See your busy items

Sales by day and best sellers, so you prep the right amount for the next service.

See it on a phone

  • A shopper’s phone on a shop page: maple syrup in three sizes, one item in the order and an Apple Pay button

Customers order from a photo menu on their phone.

  • The shopper’s paid screen with the big order code K7M to show the vendor

They show the code when they pick up.

  • The vendor’s live order list: two paid orders to hand over and 11 maple creams left

Orders land in one list, with what’s left of each item.

Questions

What does it cost?
Free to start: no monthly fee, unlimited products, and Venmo, PayPal, Cash App and cash with no SnapCart fee. Apple Pay and cards come with the Silver plan at Stripe’s fee plus 2%, only when you sell.
Does it replace my POS?
For many small trucks and carts, yes. If you need a kitchen display, tips on a terminal or a cash drawer, keep your POS for walk-ups and use SnapCart for phone orders.
Can customers pick a pickup time?
Not yet. Most trucks write the pickup window in the shop’s pickup note, like “Ready in about 10 minutes at the window.”
Do customers need to download an app?
No. The menu opens in the phone’s browser from the QR code or a link.

Shorter line, same truck.
